Payment regulations
We kindly inform you that according to the statutory provisions on providing on-line services:
1. KGHM CUPRUM Ltd. R&D Centre (headquarters: 53-659 Wrocław, Gen. Wl. Sikorskiego 2-8 Street, Taxpayer Identification Number: PL 896-000-17-70) administrates the website www.somp2012.pl
2. Price list:
- participation in SOMP Meeting: 400,00 € (~1 720,00 PLN*)
- reduced price for Ph.D. students participating in poster presentation: 200 € (~860,00 PLN*)
- tour to Krakow: 150,00 € (~645,00 PLN*)
- accompanying person: 180,00 € (~774,00 PLN*)
- visit to a copper ore mine or to a lignite mine: 30,00 € (~129,00 PLN*)
Membership
- Member: 60,00 € (~258,00 PLN*)
- Retired member: 30 € (~129,00 PLN*)
- Emeritus member: no fee
- Junior member: no fee
3. Credit card payments is serviced by (guarantee of transaction safety):
4. Terms of purchasing:
a) payment for the participation in SOMP Meeting includes: attending all sessions, panel discussions and poster presentations, lunches and coffee breaks, events listed in the programme and proceedings materials;
b) accompanying person cannot participate in the proceedings, they can attend the dinners and Gala Dinner;
c) reimbursement of costs in case of resigning
- registered attendant of SOMP Meeting can resign participating the meeting by 31st May 2012,
- in case of resignation 20 per cent of total payment will be deducted
- non-cash payments are carried out by Dotpay S.A.
